112 St. Clair Avenue West

112 St. Clair Avenue West, also known as the ONE12, is a condo building that represents an exhibit of style and exclusivity. Located a block east of Avenue Road in Deer Park, the 10-storey complex houses 20 units, and was completed in 2007 by Grossman and Vranich Families. The design task went to renowned Page+Steele Architects.

The shimmering glass and metal clad building offers amenities that include 24-hour concierge and security, a meeting room, an equipped exercise room with walkout to landscaped terraces, visitor parking, valet parking, and storage lockers to name just a few. The exterior of the structure displays balconies decorated with brushed stainless steel planter boxes which add to its already dazzling look. Building residents enjoy close proximity to beautiful parks, fine dining establishment, and an array of boutiques and shops. The St. Clair subway station is only a few-minute stroll away.

The sumptuous suites boast capacious living spaces with luxurious finishes, picturesque windows, hardwood floors, recessed lighting, Cornice molding, Spa-like washrooms, full-size front loading washers and dryers, and 10-foot high ceilings. The kitchens feature stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Stunning penthouses are offered at the top floors. They feature over 4,000 square feet of living area, top-of-the-line finishes, large balconies with BBQ hookups and automatic irrigation system, optional in-suite elevator, and more.

The complex is situated in Deer park, an extremely sough after location in Toronto. The neighbourhood’s beginnings date back to the early decades of the 1800’s when the land was bought by the Heath family. A couple of decades later and following the subdivision of the family’s property into a number of lots, the area gradually began to morph into a residential community.

Homes began to be erected as well as churches, hotels and a racetrack. By the 1870’s, a streetcar line began operations along Yonge Street setting the stage for a population increase in the area, and eventually to the annexation of Deer Park by the city of Toronto which took place in 1908. During the last few decades, the neighbourhood started seeing the advent of townhomes and condo buildings which, along with homes from its early days, comprise the area that we know today.

From the building’s design and amenities to the meticulous layout and character of the suites, the residences at 112 St. Clair Avenue West are a true expression of luxury and grandeur. To reside in the building is to experience urban living at its finest.
